We are planning our new house and trying to decide on the kitchen island color scheme and countertop choice. We are staining our wall cabinets, with white subway tile backsplash, and white quartz countertops.

We can’t decide whether to stain the island and use the same white quartz countertop or go with a painted island with a reclaimed wood countertop. There is nothing on our island(no sink or stove). If we paint, what color do you recommend? Thanks
