Its difficult to respond without doors, windows and a properly drawn stair.

I would get rid of the black worm crawling into the foyer.

The mud room will be rendered useless with all those doors in it.

But I'm guessing this was not designed by any professional?
You'd greatly benefit from the services of an experienced residential architect, who will design according to architectural principles, and your needs, land, climate, and countless other factors.

How will the corner of Bedroom #3 (over the garage) be supported?

How does this "floor plan" relate to the elevations? And the property?

How are you going to get a car under the cantilevered beams that supports bedroom #3?

What is the size of your property? Is it flat?

Why are you doing this instead of getting help from a person of design talent?
