When I typed in my state ( and neighboring states) for Fulgor distributors, there was nothing. Even the one listed for Pennsylvania was in Michigan. If you are in the US, you may want to check where you would get service for your purchase.

To answer your other questions. I have radiant heat in both my houses. For this kitchen renovation,, I'm definitely finding in my research, both online and in speaking to appliance dealers, that for me, induction is a good choice. The speed and ease of clean up definitely appeal to me. The fact that the cooktop does not stay hot after use is appealing. ( I have cats who think my kitchen counters are their territory as well as a grandchild.) The features I am looking for are the size of the main burner and flex zones/bridging options. Look also at the "boost wattage" for burners.
