Buying a house for just a year or two is usually a financial disaster. Unless you pay cash, got a great deal and did a private sale without a realtor involved. Mortgage fees, realtor fees and so on simply make buying two different houses with mortgages extremely expensive. Unless you are in one of those financially advantageous situations, it might be best to plan to stay a while.

Not only do we need pictures to assist you with your bath planning, we need

1. a diagram with measurements for all of the walls and windows and doors.

2. Include information about the type of construction (slab versus basement or crawl) and

3. which ones are the outside walls

4. plus what climate you are in.

All of the above and pictures will be the only way to get any answers.

It doesn't appear that there is room for a tub in that bathroom but hard to tell without dimensions.

It looks like a standard 5x8 bath. You might be able to do a tub and shower combo.
