My first question is What is written in your lease about painting? My neighbor upstairs lost her security because she painted over all the white walls, mind you the landlord had just painted her entire apt white. OK having said that I love gray, you could use different shades in each room so it wouldn't be to drastic. I'm looking forward to what other members recommend.
