This is my breakfast nook (56”x58”) in a rental. I recently changed out the overhead light for the fixture that you see in the photo. The pedestal table is 31.5”. The swivel chairs in the photos have yet to be purchased. The window mirror is going to be placed on the back wall, and a self taken photo (matte) poster of one of the local hiking trails will cover the mirror; hence, giving the illusion of looking out a window. I have yet to finalize the photo, but I am currently working on it. The green curtains boarding the alcove is temporary, and I plan to change them out for something more substantial. Any advice? I am thinking about color-drenching the walls and ceiling. I am leaning towards green, but I’ve had to select what kind of green. Thoughts?
