Help! What kind of rugs are these?

I need help with what kind of rugs to buy but don't know what to put into my Google search! He are 2 examples of what I like. Does anybody know what type of rugs these are as far as what I would search on the web? Do they look like "knotted" rugs? The one under the bed was comfortable under my feet. Do you think it was cotton? Let me know!
