Our designer suggested millwork closets (or even IKEA Pax), to save on space because of the framing required for a built-in. Our contractor things that milwork will be expensive. If he does the framing, we'd still need to get some type of closet organization system, with drawers etc. Will it still be cheaper to have built-in? Our place is tiny, so every inch really does count - esp. b/c the closet will be beside bed. thoughts?
