How about a lamp on the white dresser? I'd move your other lamp to the other side of the chair, too close to the crib.

I agree, dim will work in your favour when it comes to naps etc., but you might need a light over the change table? Maybe a wall mounted/plug in wall type thing, you can get nightlights that plug into the wall plugs as well, honestly, my sons room got very little use when he was a newborn, he slept beside us, it just made more sense re: nighttime feeding and changing, even when he moved out of a crib he started getting afraid to be on his own at night, so once again, sleeping beside our bed, we mostly used his room to store his clothes.

We would try a floor lamp in the corner beside the crib, or perhaps some plug in wall sconces.
