I am using MSI's Durango Cream Splitface Natural Stone panels to do front of a chase with a Majestic Echelon II 48" fireplace insert. These natural stone panels are "zig-zag" puzzle pieces requiring a cut edge to true up the face.

My fire chase is 70" wide floor to ceiling and I am looking for design ideas to edge in the left stone panel and right edge (cut side). Many times a mantel surround or support "deadends" these cut surfaces but our location and spacing requires something else cap those cut stones. Can't do the corners provided by the manufacturer. Have thought of metal tile trim but the profile heights I have found are only 1/2" when the stone depth is variable running from 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" deep.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. MSI Durango Cream Natural Stone floor to ceiling.

How would you hide the cut edges on outer edges?
