My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Beaver Dam peppers - anyone grow them?

Last year I ordered some Beaver dam peppers from what seemed like a reputable seller. turns out, none of the seeds sprouted. i thought maybe it was just a bad batch, contacted the seller and they sent me another packet. out of 20 seeds only 1 sprouted. weak slow/growth so i didn't bother with it.

Anyone had better luck with them and perhaps willing to share a few of the seeds? I can send a prepaid envelop or trade from my list of seeds. feel free to shoot me a message..
