It there’s a box spring under the mattress you might be able to cover with a fitted sheet pulled over the frame. It won’t hide the leg though. If you’re using a box spring, you could switch out the frame and use bed legs that can look a bit nicer.

Here’s what I did.

You have to upholster your boxspring or get a boxspring cover. Then you need to add furniture legs to the boxspring or get an actual bed.

Get a bed skirt that has box pleats at the corners. It's a cleaner, more up-to-date look.

You can get them at Pottery Barn and elsewhere, or you could find a good local seamstress and have one made.

I have the same problem-but with a full bed frame so hiding the legs isn't an issue. I also dont care much for bed skirts. I buy my comforters a size up but you still have to see the box spring when the bed isn't made or gets mussed.

Get a "Platform " box spring 114.00 bucks. Done forever.

I like the Platform Jan suggested. We have a corner pleat skirt on our guest room bed (from Ballard Designs). It looks exactly like the one Sabrina posted. Looks fine to me...for now.
