Probably but I don't know. This seller works with Optimaras, but I couldn't find this variety in his website.

I wouldn't be so sure it will stay white. I would wait another bloom cycle or two before determining if it will stay white. I purchased a an RM Pavlina last year from Lyndon Lyon which should be strongly colored with dark pink patches and purple/blue fantasy on white. When it arrived it had one open flower which was had some color, but not as much as I'd hoped. Subsequent flowers were pure white. I almost ditched it then, but decided to keep it for at least another bloom cycle. I see some buds coming in which clearly have a lot more color in them.
