Bathroom mirror too high

I recently hung a bathroom mirror in a powder room and it is too high. Unfortunately there is wall paper involved. I realize now that I should have gotten a tilting mirror to go over the shiplap - but here we are. Any thoughts on how to fix this fiasco?
