For the last 2 years when harvesting potatoes we have found white grubs , fat, with brown heads in the soil The potatoes have been chewed on the outside and last harvest we had one potato that was just a shell.
I cant find anything in my research h, that resembles these devils except chafer beetle larvae, which live in lawn Our lawn is fine. They dont look like tuberworms or wireworm.
We live in northern British Columbia.
Any ideas on what these may be and how to get rid of them please.
