I've seen this dog? coyote? almost every morning by this office when I'm jogging my dog for over 5 years. I talked to a guy who said he feeds the animal every morning and he's seen it for over a year. It's been this size the entire time. It's about 15lbs and 14" long max. It's outside (North Carolina) and it's cold, but it doesn't seem affected by the cold.

It won't let anyone close. I've started leaving dog food every morning and it'll hover at a far distance until my dog and go by. Then it'll come eat.

ASPCA has set traps with food for it several times - but it won't go near the traps. They remove the traps and it goes back. It seems very smart.
