Hmmm. Did you design this yourself? At the very least I’d consider putting the doors to the closet and bathroom off the hallway. Have you considered engaging an architect?

Don’t put a door from the master bathroom to the master closet. Moisture will go into the closet and can damage your clothing. Rearrange the master bath and closet so that the bathroom runs horizontally along the exterior wall and has a window, and the closet runs horizontally just above it. Both can have entrances from the bedroom.

The whole plan needs a lot of work.
