were the cabinets underneath the desk worktop a custom size?

I am looking for cabinets just like these to support a desk top. I have not been able to find any in a suitable size, i.e., less than 30 inches high, including the toe-kick, and up to 25 inches in depth. Were these a stock size? The cost I was quoted for customized cabinets was prohibitive!
