Best Sources for Container-Grown Citrus

Hi everyone,

I've just decided to try growing some citrus in containers here in Seattle, and may have already messed up. Therefore, I am looking for advice. I ordered a couple of things from One Green World, but then noticed online commentary suggesting that they commonly send out plants that are infested with scale. I may cancel my order. I've recently had a jasmine plant delivered to me with an active mealybug infestation, and a couple of roses with signs of rose midge -- so I am DONE with greenhouses that habitually ship pests around the country. Do you have advice about the best sources for citrus that will be grown in containers (by necessity, since our winters are cold here)? I would eventually like to plant a yuzu in the ground, but that is a whole different question... I'm looking for places that sell healthy (not typically infested) plants grafted onto appropriate root stock for container culture. Some of the online retailers don't list their root stock, which makes this more confusing. Thanks for any advice you can give me!
