Hi Houzz community. We need help. Bought our house over the winter and have held off on purchasing outdoor furniture. Now that the weather is starting to warm up, we would like to start enjoying dinner and cocktails out on the deck. We are uncertain on a proper layout and can desperately use your help. We very much enjoy having friends over so would love a place to eat dinners as well as a "lounge" area to sit back and have a few drinks. Wouldn't even know how to begin explaining our style...we are in our early 30s so something a bit more modern, clutter free, easy maintenance, etc.

Would love to ask for suggestions on how best to layout the area, furniture suggestions, and and planting/accessories you think would help "finish" this deck.

P.S. We know the color is terrible and are getting a quote on painting Tuesday :-)
