Re-potting Plumerias

Howdy,

With the weather warming here in Houston, I've decided to re pot my plumerias before i bring them out of dormancy. I noticed last season that the growth was somewhat stunted. This is probably because my pots were too small. I have purchased larger pots, black plastic specifically. I also have a combination of per lite and mixed potting soil. Once I transport them to bigger pots... Do I wait to water them to prevent shock? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
