Angela, From what I can see of your Adenium. I would be tempted to pot it up into a pot with more width (2"-3" of space on either side of the caudex) and not too much deeper than it is in now.

This would give it a more balanced appearance. W/O seeing the whole plant it is more difficult, but it seems to be good length.

How old your plant is

Well I’m not exactly sure how old it is. I have had it about a year but I didn’t grow it from seed. it is young but I’m not quite sure how young.

Depending on how mature it is open it up and look at the seeds it takes about 90 days to mature a seed pod

If it were me I would put it in a bigger pot. Just dont over water it, which is where most folks run into problems with bigger pots.
