I'm planning on heading into IKEA this week to order my cabinets. I would really like a second pair of eyes (or a third, fourth, fifth) look it over and make sure I'm not doing something stupid.

We don't want to move plumbing/gas too much for budget reasons. I posted a month or so ago but since then I met with the contractor and he pointed out some issues with my previous design.

We are still choosing counters (butcher block vs gray quartz vs white quartz), vinyl flooring choice and cabinet hardware (black vs brushed nickel). Any input on those choices would be welcome too. The appliances are slate.
