This looks like a method of "antiquing" cabinetry that a lot of people are doing now. There's many ways to achieve the look, but I would find a good cream cabinet/wood paint and take a cloth or paintbrush to rub lightly in certain areas to make the distressed look. There is also paint you can buy that does the antiquing all by itself, but sometimes doesn't work out all that well. Hope this helps!

Yes we painted the cabinets a cream paint then took a medium brown stain wiped or brushed on then wiped off with rags. We put a clear polyurethane over them to protect the finish.

It's actually typhoon green- all the incandescent lights make it look creamy.
