I'd do stationary panels mounted on rings and rods. Mount the rods just under the crown molding.

I would treat the bank of windows as one and use a pair of double width panels mounted on the wall space to the right and left, only going into the window to cover the frame. Whatever space you have on the right wall is the space you’d cover and the same on the left side. I wouldn’t do sheers. This will give you as much light as possible (since it’s under a porch.)
