i Just bought a 4 bedroom house. The top floor has 3 beds and a full bath. On the first floor theres small bedroom of 11.5x11.5 with a small closet thats next to a full bath. i want to break down a wall and add more footage and add a walk in closet. I also want to put a door to get access to that first floor main bath. Would it be weird if making this room a ma suite connecting to that first main bath where guess will be using the same bath but with differenT entrance? Would it still be consider a master suite? will doing that Affects resale?
