Desinger Diffusers for Exposed HVAC

My GC dropped off a sample (made by Hart & Cooley) -- looks very cheap I don't like it at all.
We have these exposed ducts through the house, in the loft area I wanted the round style... the nicest ones I was able to find online were from here:
Anyone has any experience with Effectiv's products?
Any other brands you can recommend?
