Paint the trim, storm door, and garage a warm charcoal color. Update the posts and railings to something more substantial and modern.

Start with a different house if you want “luxurious”. That wouldn’t fit the neighborhood. A plain color garage door, chunkier posts, and keeping the same windows would. You are far better off to insulate your attic than to replace windows.

Paint brick white and trim black including the doors. Update the railings to clean, modern metal.
