Based in you inspiration photos I would conclude that an upholstered bed is something you like and possible want. The good news is they can be found at low cost. So we are ignoring flooring for now. Based on what you have shared here are some ideas.....

I would consider wallpaper the wall behind your bed. It will create a nice back drop and keep the cost lower by only doing that one wall. I would choose something neutral but with a large calming pattern.

For walls. Whatever wallpaper your choose paint the remaining walls the back ground color of that wallpaper. Take it with you and have it color matched. Keep the room cohesive and using the same background color will be more soothing.

For windows.....once your get the chests on either side of the bed you have a couple options. You could do panels all around the room. One on either side of each window. Don't skimp here. They should look full. You could also do one panel on the outside of each window on either side of your bed to "frame" the bed. Another option is to do roman shades on the windows on each side of the bed since there is going to be furniture sitting in front of them and then do panels on other windows. The color of these really depends on the wall color and added accent color.

Doing a matching trim to tie them together on the same back ground color would look great.

Speaking of accent colors what is your preference? I love a white duvet and swear by them. I would bring in a folded quilt or comforter for the foot of your bed. Do some shams in the same color. Is that gray? spa blue? navy blue? This will all be dictated by what wallpaper you choose.

Lamps...bring in a couple of lamps for those bedside chests again this will be dictated by your color choices.

Keep your bed upholstery and accent chair upholstery neutral and as close to matching as possible. Then once you decide on your accent color you can bring it in with a throw and pillows on the bed and chair and on the art work you choose for the room.
