Customization Options?

This sofa meets the criteria I am searching for, and I would like further information. What is the upholstery fabric made of? Is the upholstery durable and cleanable? Are there options for the finish of the legs other than what is shown? Thanks so much!

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at Apt2B via Houzz! The Pacific Sofa is one of the pieces that we actually build to order, by hand, right here in our Downtown LA factory! - Nice pick!

Chicago Blue, the fabric you had selected here, is one of our Vintage Woven Fabrics! Vintage Woven Fabrics have a higher pile/weave that features a rich, retro quality; a number of different hues combine to create a bold cohesive color that is anything but ho hum. 52% polyester 48% acrylic. Double Rub Count: 84,000.

In terms of customizations, we don't have too many that can be done here on Houzz. We do offer 3 leg stains. Espresso, Pecan, and Natural.

As soon as your order is placed, please have one of the Houzz reps reach out with an order number, and let us know which leg stain you would like!
