My dates home needs help!

I need help sprucing up this older, traditional styled home. Should I paint it? If so, what color? Shutters, or no shutters? Replace the double doors with windows? Help, please.

    I am not seeing double doors , IMO the shutters take away from the house the siding color does not work with the brick and a new front door with some glass would be nice
