I would not use Chateau, which look taupe with your stone selection at all. I would pick a closer color option to the backsplash choice, there's no need to match it to the counters.

• 105 Driftwood is very similar but slightly darker
• 39 Ivory is slightly lighter

(Based on manufacturers' paper color charts under bright 3000K lighting. No opinion, obviously, as to whether these are good choices.)

Skippack Tile & Stone, if I wanted something that accentuates the gold/browns in the marble, what color would you go with? In this picture, the grout is a little dark for what I'd like, but I do like how the shape of the tile is brought out, and the warmer tones are brought out. We have medium colored maple cabinets that we aren't changing. Looking to tie all the things together instead of having current trend grays with older warms.

For floors I really like the hex tile with light grout so that it takes on a pearl like look, but for the wall, I think I'd like something to bring interest.

If you want to highlight the colors in the stone, use an enhancing sealer for the mosaics; but, I would not use grout color that is going too warm as it will make the stone muddy looking.
