My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Casita - bathroom/storage layout

Hi! We are building a lower level Casita that will be used very infrequently. It is small...under 200 square feet. The one side will have a platform bed with a TV mounted on the wall...the other side will have a toliet and a sink. Photos attached. The bathroom side will also be used as a surfboard storage room (the large lofted area, 5' eilings)...my question is how do we separate this? Do we use a curtain? Or do we just expose it all? I also thought about putting a mini fridge in this area...do we sit it on the platform? Any & all design ideas welcomed
