It looks nice. I would like to see a rug under the table though, and a rug in the living room too.

I would remove the cabinet under the tv and replace it with something that could be centered under the tv. To me it looks like a piece of repurposed bedroom furniture that someone removed the top drawers. If left place something in the empty spaces rather than on top. The white thing on top looks out of place.

For a warmer look I would also move the chairs forward a little and spread the curtain over one pane of glass.

Remove the two taller things under the picture or move the cabinet to the other side of the door if the vents do not prevent it. Personal dislike is seeing things restricting the viewing of a picture.

I agree if possible move the cabinet and picture to the other side of the door and remove the white thing under the TV. Don't put in any area rugs. You are first selling space not decor. Area rugs break the flow to the eye making the space appear smaller. Put a nice arrangement of real flowers on the dining table.

The living room looks squeezed up tight with the multiple pieces of furniture. Especially the window wall with the two chairs and table. Is there any reason why everything couldn’t push back a little toward the dining room table? Or the other direction (to the right)? We can’t see what’s over there.

If you can’t spread it out, remove the armchair next to the tv and put it in storage. Home buyers aren’t interested in seeing how much matching furniture you have.

The goal is to create the illusion of space and easy movement. No rugs, smaller furniture where possible. Flip the sofa and the chairs. Do you have smaller scale chairs in other rooms that you could use? The dresser needs to be sent elsewhere, it's too big and looks like a dresser missing the top drawers. The rest of what you have done is fine. Good idea to go through this exercise.

I would still like to see the sofa by the window. Removing one of the chairs helps a great deal. I like that you cleared the top of the dresser under the TV, too. You can add back one or two items on one side. How about a colorful throw on the remaining chair to brighten things up a bit? Voila, you are done in this room.

Better. I'd pull the coffee table closer to the couch and end table closer to the chair. Ideally, you should be able to put a drink on them w/o getting up.

Remove the coffee table if you can live without it. Add fresh flowers to the dining table and a lush new houseplant to the end table by the window. Your agent may suggest using 4 chairs instead of 6 at the table.

If you run out of things to do for your great-looking house, you could plump up the chair back cushion by wrapping the interior cushion in some polyester quilt batting.

Your second pics are much better.

However, I would remove both overstuffed chairs in the living room and get something a bit more colorful and lighter in feel. They are too large for the space and make the room look smaller. Something like two "balloon" chairs would work better. Let that big window be the star. In fact I'd put some drapes with a bit more of a pattern there that picks up some color to make them the star.

I would add a rug that picks up the colors and adds some color.

I would find a nice inexpensive chandelier for the living room. I've found some nice ones at HD that might work.

I agree that the tv table looks like a piece of bedroom furniture. Go for something lower, narrower in depth and simpler.

The square coffee table doesn't work with the longer sofa and chairs. It makes the room feel squat. Get a narrower one that is longer and leads the eye towards the tv wall so the room appears longer.

Find two long paintings that are similar or work together for either side of the tv.

I would add a colorful painting with frame in the dining room.

Add a runner and something nice for the centerpiece on the dining table.

My personal thing but those balloon chairs look like they should be in the dining or bed room not a living room. However they might make the dining room look a little more inviting.

Maifleur, it doesn't have to be those chairs, but the idea is to find two chairs that are more open in feel, a bit more delicate that don't overpower the room

It makes a good first impression to me. I wouldn't add rugs--show off the nice floor. The dresser/tv stand is a little weird, but wouldn't keep me from making an offer. I feel like if you put two dining chairs where the arm chairs are, it will make people think, "Oh, the room is too small to fit regular chairs there." I'd leave them--the room looks cozy.

I'm late to the party too but I agree with homechef and will ad that less is more when trying to sell: Buyers want to imagine their stuff in it. Rugs lead people to believe your hiding something. Not a big believer in staging....But I am a true believer in UBER CLEAN. And keeping personal items and styles to a very minimum.
