Will it have enough time to grow fruit and mature or do you get fruitlets that don't have enough time to ripen with our weather?

Does it grow from new branches after winter or from the ground up?

You give me hope there. I have still yet to unwrap mines. I am nervous about it although I don't see any temps stretched out below freezing after tomorrow.

I am also afraid it might be dead although I protected it. I can't wait to see if it made it, the whole thing, branches and all))
