is this really 38 inches high?

Just wondering if the height is a typo, don’t normally see 38 inch cabinet height...

Hi there! Yes, this vanity is 38.58" high, 47.24" wide and 19.69" deep. I hope this helps! - Tamsin

It's really not that tall, i just received mine and it measures about 30 and 7/8" tall without the counter top. This has caused me some issues as I was prepping an installation location based on this information.
