Possible millipedes in my turnips?

My overwintered turnips are full of bore holes and I've found a couple of these guys in them. I'm thinking millipede? although they are extremely small, this developed one is less than 1/8 an inch long and I see others that are maybe 1 millimeter or so. If so any advice on how to manage them?
