Not a pro here but you have pattern in the granite and some pattern in the grain of the cabinets and floor. My choice would be a simple, solid-color tile. Maybe pick from the lightest shade in the granite.

That range location is super concerning, not to mention the lack of ventilation.

Backsplash is the least pressing issue, but pick the lightest color from your countertop. It can be arabesque as long as it's a solid color with a matching grout.
