Thank you for your question. Concrete countertops are very durable and stain-resistant. We do suggest that you keep an eye on any potential spills while cooking or entertaining, and to clean them up as soon as possible to avoid marks. Should any marks settle on the top, they are fairly simple to take care of. As for pricing, I can't say exactly how concrete compares to other materials, as we do not work with stone.
