Window Advice Appreciated

We are getting ready to have our entire house resided due wood and masonite rot and our contractor suggested we consider replacing our windows while the siding is off for the best install. We currently have a mix of 27 Peachtree 2001 windows and Weathershield 2006 windows. The bay window looks to have been poorly installed and is showing signs of rot and the garage window has seen better days. They may have a few years of life left. All the rest look ok from what I can see. Would you wait a few years and then replace what is needed? Replace the 4 rotten ones now and do the rest later as needed? Replace them all now? I hate these kinds of decisions.

If we replace them now we are considering OKNA, Marvin Integrity and Pella lifestyle (formerly designer) with blinds. I realize they are three totally different windows, but they each appeal to me for different reasons. I've never bought windows before so any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!
