Thank you,, Once the shrubs are cut back it seems like it might be a bit too bland.. Are there any suggestions on fencing or planters /hardscape ideas or perhaps larger house numbers.. Really looking for some key pieces to add some character to the place. ..and perceived value.

Cut those four shrubs and take new pictures. We need to see what is actually there. Do you own both sides or is the other owner willing to cooperate for a good overall look?

I own the whole unit. It's pretty simple to imagine what is there.. as you can see the windows through the trees . So essentially you would have a mirror of the windows that you see to the left.

Getting rid of the four bushes that obscure that house will go a long way to improving the look. Once they are gone, you can re-post. I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions once we can see the house.

I like this color scheme and a front divider between the two units to give each some private space. The bright door gives a younger, updated vibe. Poured pads and simple landscaping. Imagine the mirror image on the other side of the divider.

Thank you,, these are great ideas. I like the pop of color in the door and really like the house color. Although I just painted the place so I think I might need a different color for the door as red might be too much of a pop.

Landscaping with native plants can be low maintenance.

The front grassy area needs some compost or fertilizer after you remove the overgrown foundation shrubs/trees.

Add a new asphalt turnaround pad so that cars do not park on the lawn.

Offer to mend the neighbors' fence board that's coming off. With ten minutes and some nails, it will look much better.
