I rather doubt it's stucco. Almost certainly some sort of EIFS product. Could tell you horror stories about that family of products.

That house isn't too bad in looks. We might retire in FL and I've been looking through listings ... OMG ... such hideous design mish-mash down there. I don't think I have seen a single house that I wouldn't have to spend money remodeling.

Thanks, folks. I don’t particularly love the house. It’s just a common style here in Dallas, and I’ve struggled to properly name the style when discussing it with various people. But I do appreciate the people who made an effort to be helpful with the question. I think Modern-Traditional Crossover with French Eclectic influences is the closest.

Historically this type of house is called "Medieval French" followed by "Chateau" or "Manor House".

It is commonly called "French Provincial" but since it is usually a combination of features from several centuries, high end architects call it "French Inspired".
