You need 36 inches around a table to back up a chair or comfortably pass by walking. The room is almost square and probably looks BEST with a 54 inch round table and 6 chairs. ........and some art.

Leaving 30/34.5 all around to back up a chair at wall or window depending where you are seated at that table. Much more at corners.

( 123 - 54 = 69 and 69 divided by 2 = 34.5 )

( 114 - 54 = 60 and divided by 2 = 30 )

No sideboard : ) But a prettier room
