it looks like feather reed grass in the very back, purple fountain grass in the left forefront, lavender and perhaps a salvia.

The background plants that are established are a grouping of sequoia sempervirens on the left and White birch to the right.

And what seems to be two sally holmes roses ready to climb over the arched gate.

The foreground planting looks like three grasses: Pennisetum rubrum, Calamagrostios 'Karl Foerster' and Sesleria, possibly S. autumnalis. The flowers are a variety of perennial lavender (for purposes here, interchangeable; 'Phenomenal' is pretty tough) and heather (Calluna vulgaris)
