mirrors in shower

Are these just regular mirrors in this shower? I am looking for a fogless mirror tile that I can insert in my shower tile design for my husband to shave. Any suggestions on if there is such a product available?

    Thank you for the info, but i was looking for an actual tile that is mirrored that you mortar in just like you do the rest of your tile in your shower that would be fogless. I want to place it where you would typically have an accessory mirror hanging for my husband to use for shaving. Wanted a clean lines look without a mirror stuck to the wall. There may not even be such a thing.....
