I love the color of the new chairs, but the style is modern with your very traditional furnishings. The leather chairs look like they are in good condition. To give your room some life, I would incorporate color with a new rug instead. The greens/blues would work. Then continue that color with pillows and new art work in your frames. You could also paint(cream color) or stain (darker) the wood on your coffee table. An alternative would be to keep what you have, and paint the walls a very light neutral green. It would completely change the look of the room.
