The nightstand is much yellower. It's not a glaring issue though. I would probably change the wall color to a cool color, if I wanted to paint.

The nightstand is yellower but not a huge issue on my monitor. I imagine you'll have a lamp and "stuff" on the table? Artwork or something on the wall above your headboard? Doubt very much you'll notice any colour "clash" at that point. The eye will be distracted by more interesting things. You're in the room though, seeing everything in the various lights. Trust your eye.
