Dog food container is small enough (14”hx10”w) that it could fit in pantry pull out shelf. Bowls will just sit where they always have on wall left of powder room. no need to try & customize island around Lulu! :-)

Dash lines on 15” wide are just to represent vertical slat style storage - for cookie sheets, casserole dish or cutting boards. I have a pic in this book for example.
