I prefer the second over the first. You don’t have any of the colors that are in the first picture anywhere else in the room. There’s quite a bit of contrast already between the door casing and wall color so I would do gold or brass frames for both pictures to help soften things up. I would not do silver - your light fixture and console table are both gold/brass. While I’m a fan of mixed metals, I like subtle repeats of each metal so it looks like it belongs and was intentional. In this case, there’s no silver in your room. Silver frames will look out of place.

I prefer the relationship of subject matter in the second option. But, I don't think the pieces are properly scaled. This scaling is more balanced for the wall and the furnishings they top. I took the liberty of swapping out the throw pillows - the white ones were too stark!

The first looks better to me. Since the art pieces are disparate, it's perfectly fine if the frames are as well; in fact, that contributes to an eclectic, collected look better than matching frames does.

I agree with Manon Floret, scale is not right. I like the art in the second picture better in that room and I would swap the location of the two pieces. Try the square over the piano.
