I discovered quite by accident that about 10-20% of Morus alba seeds will germinate after four days to a week in water (changing the water every day of course) and that these babies will grow vigorously!

Does anybody know any tricks to get other seeds to germinate without the long (and otherwise necessary) stratification periods?
